The Ministry of Finance, in collaboration with relevant Local Governance Institutions and the Regional Coordinating Councils, will undertake the annual monitoring of Composite Budget Implementation across all 261 Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies fromist to 12ch June, 2026. The exercise is intended to obtain first-hand information on the 2025 and the first quarter of
2026 Composite Budget implementation, assess fiscal performance and service delivery outcomes, review compliance with public financial management requirements, and make recommendations to strengthen accountability, fiscal discipline and capacity-building interventions.
In view of the above, you are respectfully invited to participate in in this important monitoring exercise slated for Tuesday, 2nd June 2026 at 8:30am prompt at the Assembly Hall.
